Notepads are a great way to get the most from your marketing dollar. 1. Printing and Flagging
Each sheet is printed on a press and every 50 sheets are flagged with a small piece of paper.

2. Chipboard
Next each flagged section is separated with a piece of chipboard.

3. Padding Compound
Now comes the fun part. The paper is stacked and heavy weights are added to flatten the pages. Padding Compound is brushed onto one side.

4. Separating
Once the compound dries, each section is separated with a knife.

5. Cutting
The pads are cut to size on a high powered cutter.

6. Boxing
The pads are counted and boxed for delivery.
